Sonos Port not starting


I’ve been gifted a Sonos Port years ago but never installed it because I had no amp.

Now I do so I decided to install it. Everything went through, but some minutes after (10 or 120, no clue) I realized the Port was just off (no LED). Factory reset does not do anything since it does not even turn on. I’ve tried with another power supply to no avail. It was never used before so I can’t understand what’s wrong, it’s like connecting to WiFi bricked it or that it got bricked during the final setup steps.

Sonos support is unreachable (they say 90m wait over the phone?! the chat is stuck at a random number in the queue). I am a bit out of option, how can I investigate and finally use it?
