Sonos Port keep losing connection since 1 month (Wired)

Hello!

I’m using a Sonos Port since 6 months with my Denon AVR 1100w. Everything was going fine until a recent update (the one who added the new search bar). Since then, i’m exerpiencing many bugs : music stops, sonos port is lost… and I have to unplugg / plug again the device to get it working again.

I tried a total reset of the Sonos port but it didn’t change anything.

My Sonos Port is wired to a switch, wired to an Eero Pro 6 (Mesh, backhaul to my main Eero Pro).

Other devices connected to the switch are working great, and I’ve done a port reservation for my Sonos device…

Thank you so much for your help!

Would be helpful to know if the switch was an unmanaged, or managed switch, but perhaps you’re dealing with the more simple issue of a duplicate IP address handed out by your router after the reboot by the Sonos during an update. Try unplugging all Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to reload, and then plug the Sonos back in. Give the Sonos a couple of minutes to reboot as well, before testing.
