My system works flawless until it doesn't.

I Ask Alexa to play audio, it turns on system and plays.

At different amounts of time the audio stops and receiver shuts off

I ask Alexa to play again and nothing happens. I go to integra app and switch on, begins playing.

Shuts off again, look at “works with Sonos” room connected to port does not come up. Have to clear and room shows up.

Begins working as expected, short time later, begins again.

I have reset to factory settings, power cycled, reinstalled, etc, called integra, called warranty repair. They find its not a receiver issue.

Works great with tv, works good through receiver alone with audio streaming. Switched inputs, Check connections and wiring. Nothing fixes, not hot or over heating.

Has to be sonos port problem…

All other sonos amps stream no issue, no issue with Alexa.

Only integra/port has issue.

Anyone experience this?

What is the source of your music?

As you've found Factory Reset is usually a waste of time.

Are you using PORT'S Line-In? If so the input level may be low enough that PORT has decided that the input has disappeared. If this is the case, adjusting input levels is the solution.

Streaming on pandora or Sirius xm.

Do you know where the input levels are located? Integra or sonos?

Thanks for the suggestion!

Here are some details.

If you are playing an online source, PORT’s input level control is not used. There could be a configuration issue with the Denon. I’m not familiar with the Denon. “Plays with Sonos” might require using a specific Denon input.
