Hi

Late last year I added two Sonos One SL to my system. All has gone well, except now, 5 months down the line the one SL speaker stops and starts working at intervals. If playing music can hear the other speakers working but this one is just not. It’s now becoming an irritation.

I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting on the Sonos website and none of this apply. I contacted Sonos via the bot today as their lines are busy, the bot stated it has no knowledge of a Sonos One SL not working. 
 

It’s still under warranty, but has been suggested that I seek assistance from the community.

Have you unplugged the One SLs from power for about a minute and rebooted your router? Are you able to connect any of your Sonos speakers directly to your router with an ethernet cable?


@GuitarSuperstar many thanks for your advice. The unplugging of all the SL’s and rebooting has worked.
