Often when I attempt an Alexa command in this particular room, I get a response from another speaker much farther away. Upon checking the closer speaker, I find the mic light is not lit. I can turn it back on with my finger and all is well...until the next time I find it off again.  Yes...Alexa is enabled.

Sorry to know about this issue on the mic that automatically turns off on your Sonos system, so that I can check the current status of the whole system, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue why the mic is turning off by itself. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.
