Hi, since I bought my Sonos One I have had troubles with it. In fact it keeps disconnecting almost every day, if I try to restart it doesn t work neither, generally after a while it reconnects alone. I use a standard WiFi connection, and also had the same issue in my previous apartment. I did all the updates and think it is unacceptable such a regular problem.
Any recommendation?

What router, WiFi channels and channel-widths are you using?

How far away is the speaker from your router, any walls in between etc?

In addition to @Ken_Griffiths question….

What is your definition of a standard router?

Are there range extenders or access points involved?

Does your router have AX (WiFi 6) enabled?

It is a Vodafone 6 station, located around 4 meters far from the Sonos speaker without any wall in between.

It sounds like a router issue, perhaps try setting the router’s 2.4Ghz band to WiFi channel 1, 6 or 11 with a channel width of 20MHz and see if that resolves your issue. Also check it’s running on the latest firmware.

have you tried a wired (ethernet) connection to your router?
