Sonos not connecting all of a sudden

So I was listening to music in both rooms then all of a sudden it stoped connecting to the sonos 1 through wifi and I can’t get it too connect. I done a diagnostic ( 65327139). I’ve reset it disconnected and reconnected with the Ethernet cable etc and nothing works

While you wait for a Sonos employee to look at that diagnostic, you might try a simple network refresh by unplugging all your Sonos devices from power, then rebooting your router. Once the router  comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices.
