Hi @Ragu1949, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sounds like this may be a Firewall issue - do you have any Firewall software active on the Mac? If so, would it be possible to temporarily disable the Firewall, and test to see if you are then able to connect?

If this doesn’t help, then I’d recommend trying a network reboot as well - powering off the router, Mac, and Sonos speakers for about 10 seconds, and then powering them back on in that order.

Let us know how you get on :)

As you can see the firewall allows connections to Sonos it always did.

Understood - if there’s no change after a network reboot, then would it be possible to temporarily disable the firewall just as a test? I did notice that you’d sent a diagnostic yesterday, in which the Mac looked like it was able to see the Sonos system - were you able to see and control your players from the Mac at that time?

That is the funny thing not see system then connects and says it is connect as in picture #2 as soon as I press done Pic#3 shows saying it is unplugged and is clearly not.. and I get the same thing with firewall off

Got it, that’s something we’d typically see with a firewall issue, thanks for trying with the firewall disabled.

Mind letting us know the make/model of router you’re using, as well as if there are any mesh systems or wireless extenders in use? It may also be worth testing with a Sonos device connected to the router via Ethernet cable, would that be possible?

If this doesn’t help, I’d recommend reaching out to the Support Team via live chat or phone call, as they have more tools available when troubleshooting these kinds of issues :)

It is Bell’s HomeHub 3000 and no pods. I originally had Playbar connected via ethernet but I couldn't use extra Sonos One speakers with play as a surround  ,being that playbar was on Ethernet and One speakers  on Wifi would not pair as a system all had to be on WIFI to be used as surround System.

Thanks for your help I may give them a call
