My sound keeps going in and out on my Samsung tv. I turned any net off on the tv and the internal sound works fine. If I turn any net back on. The situation is the same… sound going in and out. I have unplugged everything multiple times and still not fixed. Please help!

Not sure what Sonos product you are using here, but I assume it’s connected over HDMI-ARC. If that’s the case and if you have any other A/V devices connected to the other TV HDMI ports, then I would perhaps check those and see if they have CEC enabled. Then switch CEC off on each one of the connected devices and see if that helps you to discover if one of them is perhaps stealing control/focus away from your Sonos HT.
