This is all I know about josh.ai. I have no idea if this support or the company is still viable.
Note that the speakers do not support voice input.
+18Sonance by Sonos speakers are passive speakers. Any voice commands should be processed via the connected Amp, that does not have a microphone.

Ah, it’s an external device, the input is not carried through Sonos at all. Thanks for that link.
