Sonos does not play - even alexa told so

Alexa play xy from spotyfy 
or 
Alexa play someradiostationname

both worked before - but now
Alexea pretends to play the music but sonos does not make a beep at all.
Start playing from the app works, but then I cant stop it by voice anymore.
This happens since the latest update I did

1. I reconfigured the Alexa Skill
2. disconnected both sonos from power
3. reconfigured both sonos completely
