Hello

I have a Connect, was fine a few months ago but has been off for a while. Turned it back on, just flashes white light slowly (around 10 secs on, 20 secs off). Tried factory reset, plugging into router.  Nothing changes.

Is it a lost cause?

Hard to tell from that brief description. I’m assuming you’ve read the the LED states FAQ?

Factory resets are almost never a way to fix a device, they should only be done at the recommendation of Sonos Support.

Speaking of which, have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?


Hi!  Did you fix your issue? I have the exact same problem, and can’t seem to wok it out!
