When I plug in my connect amp the light turns white for a split second, then turns off and will not come back on. Does not respond to a hard reset. I have disconnected and reconnected power, and run diagnostics within ten minutes of the problem. Here is my diagnostic confirmation number: 1352236845

Now you need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They can look at that diagnostic and tell you what is going on.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

If you can, do a test where you use an ethernet cable from your router to your Connect.  I’d been having issues with the Connect disconnecting on and off.  Since I’ve used a wired connection, eveything seems to be more stable...knock on wood.

That certainly would suggest a certain amount of wifi interference.
