Sonos Connect Amp Amber-White led blink after playing something

Hi

Primary side mosfets were toast. I have replaced burned MOSFETS primary side and diodes. Now it powers on and when I start to play something I get orange white blinking LED. I measured all voltages are ok 3.3, 5,12 but not sure for 36v as the reading shows only15volts. Is this ok. Does voltage rise when playing or can be something else like power supply output schotky diodes which they look fine also. What triggers amber-white status
