Sonos Beam LOUD Noise & Missing Audio...

I just purchased the beam.  On four different occasions during normal use it has produced a loud, near deafening sound that does not stop until the power is cut.  It is sure to have/or soon will damage the speaker.

Anybody had this problem? Solution?

Also, the beam frequently does not produce audio and I have to exit a netflix show three or four times (and re-enter)  to get the audio to start working. Audio also disappears sometimes when I pause a show for a bit and unpause it…..

Can you detail what TV model you are using? What sources you have? And how are your components connected?
