Whenever there is a loud sound during a movie (like an explosion) the volume suddenly turns way down and I cannot turn it back up. I have to turn off tv and turn back on to reset it. I have the TV plugged into sonos amp via HDMI and using sonance in wall speakers. Any suggestions?

Hi @beester1973, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Volume clamping can occur when the Amp is overheating or when an Amp Failure has occurred. I would recommend you submit a diagnostics and reach out to our support team to troubleshoot this further, as they have the necessary tools available to assist you in resolving this.

I hope this helps!
