Don’t factory reset until you have talked to support, it often makes things worse.
I’d quickly (under 10 minutes) run through each amp and then immediately submit a diagnostic, noting the number.
With that in hand call support (likely to be an aggravating wait) and have them look at the internal data we users can’t see.
There was a thread a couple weeks ago with owners having this same issue. I can’t find the thread since this platform search is useless, but just so you know you aren’t the only one for whatever that’s worth.
Platform search is horrid, good news is if you add the below to your search elsewhere:
:site en.community.sonos.com
You can get usable results:

Thats great, but I have 16x amps. Not really got the time to run through each one.
Since the last update I have a couple of my Amps that will no longer detect the Sonos speakers. I have factory reset the Amp but still no joy.
I have also swapped speakers from amps that are detecting and still unable to trueplay.
Anyone else see this?
I’m having the same issue and have been working with support. I’ve been updating my thread that started about a month ago. How old are your amps/speakers?
They are various hardware revisions. I checked to see if it was a particular revision having the same issue but it’s not.

So you have newer in ceiling versions that are having the same issue?
Newer speakers or AMP’s? I have diff hardware revisions of the amps but all ceiling speakers are the same.
I have also swapped amps and speakers around and the issue follows the amps.

I would be shocked if there hasn’t been new revisions of the speakers as well. As far as I know, I either have the newest AMP or if there was a recent revision, the last gen AMP.
Good news, it was reported 2 hours ago as a bug. They are aware of the issue. Right now it’s to standby.
