Sonos Amp and x2 Ones not showing in app after upgrading router.  Purchased a boost to create a sonos network to fix router issue.  x2 ones working fine within app but Amp still not showing.  Have hardwired Amp to network to no avail.  Anybody else having this issue?  Sonos phone help seem to just get confused and/or blame my router.  

 

Router is a Netgear Nighthawk RAX43

Do you just have the router or are there other access points or mesh satellites etc?

I am also wondering if you have somehow set up the Boost and Amp as one system and the Ones as another. If you power off the Ones and the Boost and leave the Amp on and connected by Ethernet, can you see the Amp in the app?

Try switching off Airtime Fairness and/or QoS within the router configuration pages. Also ensure that WiFi isolation on the 2.4Ghz/5Ghz bands is not enabled and try WPA2 AES security for the WiFi, rather than WPA3. Ensure the 2.4Ghz band supports 802.11b/g Wi-Fi modes and see if those few suggestions sort the connection issue.
