sonos amp no power

One of a several Sonos Amp has not worked. Sonos won’t back their products and will only provide a discount to buy a new Amp. I’d rather get the current Amp fixed and hoping fellow Sonos owners can help. Looks like “L2” is fried? Thoughts on fixing this?

You are saying Sonos isn't honoring the warranty?

Did you have the included oneor the extended version?

I’m outside whatever window they have in place to fix.

Then the only option they offer is the 30% discount, a lot better deal than most places offer for out-of-warranty issues.

SONOS does not offer any repair services. 3rd party repair is available in the EU and UK.

In my opinion L2 is the victim of another failure(s). A shop familiar with the unit likely knows the failure chain that blows up L2 and will not power up the unit until the chain is repaired. The unit will then likely work when first powered up at the shop.
