My sonos amp will no longer run the automations on Apples home app.  It was working perfectly for about two weeks then suddenly stopped.  Wifi is strong, I have several apple tvs near by to work as hubs and all of them have apple music set up fine. 

 

Apple made me remove the sonos amp from home app then putting back on.. still nothing.  They told me to talk to sonos.

 

Any thoughts?  Thank you in advance.

Not offhand. I’d definitely try the old adage of “reboot everything” on the off hand chance there’s either a network connection amiss, or possibly an issue on one of the device’s OS, that would be cleared by a reboot. 

Then, if it continues, I’d definitely call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
