A couple of days ago I received my new Sonos Amp, I already installed it on my old TV via HDMI ARC (Samsung 55MU6103) and configured it with the Sonos App, the App did recognize the HDMI port and listen to the sound it gives. The problem
The problem is that the audio from the TV cannot be heard on the Amp (whether I changed the HDMI cable, disconnected other HDMI devices from the TV, or set the sound to PCM) and it still cannot be heard. The funny thing is that by connecting my Sonos Beam to that same HDMI cable and the same TV without modifying anything, the Beam can be heard, I don't know what else to do with the Amp
The online input of the Sonos Amp works perfectly as well as sending music via WIFI from the Sonos app
