Hey folks!

 

At home I use a Sonos device to play Spotify through. I sometimes use the Sonos app to start playback and search songs. This all worked fine, but now the right search results aren’t coming up through Spotify on the Sonos app.

 

An example:

I’m looking for Can’t Pretend by Tom Odell on my Spotify app and I get these results:

Now I’ll try the same through Sonos:

 and when using the artist as well:

Things I’ve tried so far:

- Reinstalling the Sonos app

- Restarting the Sonos speaker and my phone

- Using my laptop to search this track

- Factory resetting the Sonos system

 

Hopefully you guys have some other troubleshooting steps or can confirm that this issue!

If you search under “Cant pretend” ie. without the apostrophe, it will come up under Songs in the Sonos app
