My S1 Product drops the sound every now and then

when i group them together with play1 and playbar its the same, S1 drops sound, not S2 they play all the time.

Annoying 

Why?

Wireless interference is the most common cause of drop-outs.

Are your systems using SonosNet, Wifi, or Wired?

Assuming wireless ensure the channels are not overlapping on the S1 and S2 systems.


router --» ZP90 wired this is the first,  even this have drop-outs

rest is sonosnet


I’d suggest you gather a diagnostic right after the drop outs and get Sonos support to look at it.
