remove s1 devices

I have an s1 system with two connect amps. I just purchased a move 2. My understanding is that I need to remove the s1 devices first, using the s1 app. Support docs say to go to settings - system tools - remove products. This option does not exist on either my android or iPad s1 apps.  When I open the Sonos app (the newer one) I get stuck in an endless loop of trying to connect to my s1 products.

Any ideas on what to do?

edit: sorry, I just read that I need to factory reset the s1 products.

Hi.  What are you trying to achieve?  Do you want to continue to use the Connect:Amps?  If so then factory resetting them doesn’t sound like a good idea.
