One of our amps has just started blaring out rap music (that none of us would listen to) incredibly loudly in the middle of the night at a volume we would never use.

Any help?

Could a guest have connected to the Amp while on your network to play Spotify? The guest could still have access to play Spotify after leaving your network:

Hi @CR79

Please provide the following information:

  1. What model of Amp...Connect Amp or it’s replacement the Sonos Amp
  2. How is the Amp being used (i.e. powering front speakers in a home theater or in-ceiling or in-wall speakers
  3. Is it grouped to other Sonos
  4. Are there any Alexa or Google devices with alarms or routines linked to your Sonos
  5. If using Alexa or Google is the Amp designated as the default speaker
  6. Are there any children in the your household who might be playing the music
  7. Does anyone outside your household have access to your Sonos (currently or in the pass)
  8. If not sure about number 7...change the password to your account in Settings
