Ah yes, that’s probably what it is, reacting to something from the tv. I’ve turned it off so see how it goes! Thanks  

Do you need the Wake Word Chime? Have you tried turning it off in the Sonos app?

No it isn’t It’s the same sound as when Alexa wakes up but just does it randomly every couple of hours or so 

Is it a notification from Alexa? Ask “Alexa, what are my notifications?”

It is happening when there is no music playing and the speaker is idle. It’s like a notification sound

When did you start to notice the issue?

Was there any change made on your system or network recently?

Is this happening on any music service that you use for playback?
