I cant connect Sonos Connect to wifi or via Ethernet cable to the router. The app cant configurate the Product

Sorry to hear of the issues with your Sonos Connect. I had a look on our system and can see a Connect registered to yourself currently online, were you able to resolve the reported issue?

 

If not, I would suggest turning off the Connect at the wall, force closing the Sonos App, then turning on the Connect and reopening the App. Please check if the Connect appears and if not, check if the status light on the front of the Connect is lit. Please let me know how you get on!
