anyone have issues with getting power to their T1? I just opened the box, followed the set up instructions, but when I plug in the adapter nothing happens… nothing ‘turns on’

Did you use the ON/OFF switch? It should be located on the left side of the turntable.
Yes. I also checked the outlets and it just doesnt turn on. no motor, no lights, nothing..
I checked the band, and the glass plate to make sure it was securely on. not sure what else is could be

Have you contacted Pro-Ject? Sonos is only a reseller, they receive the boxes from Pro-Ject, then ship them out, Sonos doesn’t actually open them.
Sonos has limited ability, but if they sold you the device, they should be able to either get it fixed for you, or supply you the parts necessary. Some times, it ends up being speaker to deal with the manufacturer directly…..but not always ;)
