My play base disappeared from my Sonos app one day. My play 1 still shows up. I have tried to reset and reconnect multiple times. It only shows in my network if I connect it with an Ethernet cable to my router. Which is not an long term fix for my Situation, this is the first I’m in Six years I have had trouble with it. App is up to date, running Latest build.

anyone have any ideas what else I could do?

It’s possible the wireless card has gone bad.

Have you tried unplugging the Playbase from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router and phone?
