Hi!

My playbase is completely dead.

After opening it up and remove the main board I could see two burned resistors.

May be lightning damage?

Does anyone have a repair guide so I can se what type of resistors to buy and try to replace?

See attached pictures.

Is there an internal fuse in the Playbase? I can’t find one but on some forums they refer to internal fuse.

Kid regards

Those resistors look like they were ‘killed’ with vengeance. To me, this indicates that there are other problems, likely a shorted diode and/or transistor in addition to a fuse.

SONOS does not publish any service data. I did find a service center that might be practical for you to use.

There's a guy on ebay that had some good boards for various Sonos speakers, may be worth a look?. I think he may do repairs as well?.
