Playbar went pop


I was playing my playbar at full volume, heard a pop and no more playbar.

Lights don’t come on when powered up...I think it died...now what?

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. However, if it’s failed in some way, there won’t be any information in the diagnostic about that, but the phone call would be the best place to start in that case anyway. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Done that, not very helpful….recommended a 15% trade-in….uh, no thanks
