My Play:1 system is no longer able to be used because when I open the Sonos App it crashes every time. Any tips on what to do when the app crashes?

 

Also, it works perfectly on my husband’s phone which is the same model iPhone as what I have, but the Sonos App crashes a few moments after trying to open each time for me. Any tips would be appreciated!

Have you removed the App and then reinstalled it?  Just ensure that you install the same version as your husband. (S1 or S2)
