Je suis l’heureux propriétaire de 6 enceintes play:1 et suite à un changement de box pour passage à la fibre et plusieurs manipulations, une des enceintes grésille maintenant…
Pensez-vous que cela puisse être réparable?

Is the location of the play:1 is open space?
Is the air can easily pass-thru or well ventilated?
have you already tried to put it in a different location and does it still overheat?
You can try to get probably a cooling system or put it near doors or windows.
If its still overheats a lot our phone support can probably take a look at your device.
