Hi all

Suddenly my Play 1 has no bass. The sound is very low and trebble-ish. I have tried TruePlay again (which does not work as it stops during the process due to background noise no matter what I do) and resetting. Also the sound does not seem to change at all when changing the bass on the EQ. 
 

Anyone know what to do? Diagnostics sent: 277873147

Have you tried unplugging the Play:1 from power for about a minute? You could also try resetting it following these steps: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/1096?language=en_US
