Sonos desktop app unable to load pcdcr.dll.

It needs microsoft .net to work properly.

In windows control panel go to Uninstall or change a program.

locate the most recent Microsoft Visual C++ redistribution (by installed on date)

Right click and select Change then repair

this should fix the nag

This thread took a lot of finding. Such a shame this issue is not well publicised. Another frustrating Sonos software issue resolved.
