Pairing speakers dropping out

Hi

I have paired speakers(Symfonisk from IKEA) however one of the paired seems to drop out regularly. 
Any suggestions?

You could try changing the wireless channel on your router: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4769?language=en_US

Can you wire one, or any other Sonos speaker you own, to your router or network with an ethernet cable?

Thanks for the reply. 
Unfortunately not able to connect direct the router. They are in the kitchen so relying on wireless connection.
