Not connecting

Ive recently bought a sonos boost as i would like to add more products but not until i get it working. The app sees the boost instantly but then will not connect this is a pain ive spoken to sonos i haveeven spoken to my hub provider none of them can help me, anyone have any ideas or a solution.

No i dont have any connected by cable i just have two play onesl connected wirelessly

Did you or do you have any other Sonos products wired to your router with a ethernet cable?

No error message just comes up saying boost did not connect turn it off and back on and try again

Do you get an error message that the Boost won’t connect?
