Hello,

Added XM app to the Sonos app the other day and everything was playing fine. Tonight it stopped streaming and is giving the error:

“There was a problem adding the SiriusXM account. A connection to SiriusXM could not be made.”

The account being used is an All Access account. I have tried removing the XM app, resetting the controller, updating the login and additional streaming login passwords on the account site, but still having the issue.

Have you tried removing the SiriusXM service from the Sonos app and re-adding it? Also reboot your phone.


Yeah, have done both. Just changed the username and password for the streaming for the heck of it - logged in fine online, but still getting the same error when using the new login in the app.
