Hi

I have changed phones, moving from iPhone 12 to 13. Although the new phone is linked to my home Wi-Fi, the Sonos app says it is not and I can’t therefore access my Sonos system. Grateful for any help.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Try disabling “private address” in the Iphone’s wifi settings

And disable”WiFi Assist”.

and enable “local network” access for the Sonos app

Or better yet, all three!
