We have a customer that uses a Sonos system. The replay button is grayed out and when music gets to the end of a playlist, it just goes on pause. How do we get it to repeat the playlist? Also, do Soundtracks automatically replay themselves when they get to the end? The option to replay is grayed out for them as well? Or, do we have to create a queue and then the replay option will show up?

Sorry to know about this issue on music that is being paused automatically after playing until the last song from the playlist. Have you check this article about shuffle, repeat and crossfade songs and also this one about Using the Queue on the Sonos App? i’ll ask some questions as well to check on this issue. 

  • Does it work before that it is not pausing after the last song from the playlist?
  • What controller device are you using on where you are controlling the Sonos App?
  • Have you tried it on another controller if it is still greyed out?

Yes, you can try to create q queue and check if the repeat or repeat all options will show up.
