my sonos move keeps disappearing from my sonos s2 app on iphone but is still viewable on my macs sonos s2 app? what is going on?

- When did it start happening?
- Does it disappear when you're on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth mode?
- Have you tried to check on other device controllers aside from the Mac if it’s also disappearing?
