I have issues with Sonos only playing radio stations and nothing from amazon music. I de registered my Sonos and created a new account and have re set all the links. To re register I was told to reboot. However the SONOS microphone is not working and unresponsive to touch. I can only play music on the Sonos by asking Alexa through my mobile. How can I get the microphone to work on the SONOS?

Since the microphone is not working properly and unresponsive,
I suggest doing a full factory data reset.
