Good morning,
I currently have 2 Sonos Ones connected to an ethernet network. I need to connect a wired mic 
to give conferences. If I buy a Sono Amp and plug the microphone into the jack input. Will the sound from the microphone be broadcast on the Sonos One?
Don’t even attempt this.
The line in delay will show its self as your mouth moving but the words follow later out of the Sonos speakers. Look to buy or hire a PA system.
