Hi there, why if I switch from music to tv the audio level is set to zero then i have to level it up again? Thanks

That’s a new one to me. I recommend you try disconnecting your TV from power for a minute or so, then plug it back in.

If that doesn’t help, please let me know what Sonos product you have and how it connects to your TV. Thanks
