Hi guys,
I just bought a new Amp for my office. My phone can connect to Wifi normally, but when setting up Amp at the password entry step, the App says I entered the wrong password.
I have consulted with the articles about Sonos system requirements and I have met all of them.

I have checked in the router, my phone uses data normally, Sonos can also connect but cannot receive IP.
Can anyone tell me what this issue is and how to fix it?
