Hi, 
We are having problems with Spotify play via our Sonos App. 
The Sonos App plays all streamed music on the Sonos side, but as soon as i start Spotify and start a song via Spotify, it plays for a few seconds and then stops. 

the error message - Unable to play ‘Lost’ - the connection to Spotify was lost. 

Any advice is welcome!

We’re aware of an issue affecting some users that can cause problems with streaming Spotify on Sonos. I suggest submitting a diagnostic report as soon as possible after a dropout, recording the number, and getting in touch with our customer care team. They’ll be able to take a look at the logs and confirm whether you’re experiencing this issue, and help come to a resolution.
