iPhone App VS PC App

Hello,

After having done renovation works at our house, I tried to install my favorite speakers again in each room.

All is going well when I connect via the laptop (which is connected via Wifi), but when I want to control SONOS via my iphone app (all updated) - it doesnt show all speakers, has problems with finding the system at all, or does not push my actions to the system.

Any help?

Could be any of several issues, from a mesh network issue, to wifi interference , to duplicate IP address conflicts. And perhaps others.

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

Is the phone connecting to the same SSID and band? 5 or 24.4 GHz

I think so, because there is only 1 wifi network in my house -
Or is that not garanteed with 1 wifi network?

It is likely that you have two bands at different radio frequencies 2.4GHz and 5GHz.  With many routers it won’t matter if Sonos is connected to a mixture of the two, but there are some routers that cannot cope with this.

So you have just a single router, no satellites, extenders, access points?

What is the make and model of your router?
