Hi, my Sonos app has stopped working on an iPhone X. Currently running iOS 14.7.1. App opens with brown screen, holds for 15 secs and then disappears.

any suggestions? It was fine two days ago !

Not having any issues on three iOS devices, so I’m guessing it’s a local issue. I’d try a few things. 

  1. reboot the phone.
  2. uninstall the app, reboot the phone, then reinstall the app, making sure to connect to existing system when prompted.
  3. reboot the router and speakers by unplugging them from power for two minutes before plugging the back in. 

If none of these work, it may be time to call Sonos directly.
