Hi

I bought a house with 2 existing in-celling Sonos speakers. I’m also considering buying 2 era 100 and a beam (second generation) for surround sound.
It’s two cooper wires coming out of the wall under the TV.

would a require an Amp to power and drift all these devices? Or would a port do the job? Would a need booth an amp and port to play them all at the same time?

You would just need an Amp to power the two in-ceiling speakers. If you add the Beam and Era 100s, you will be able to group all of the speakers together in the Sonos app to stream the same music at the same time.
