Do grills come in wood-like colors for these speakers or only in white?

You’re talking about the Sonance in ceiling speakers? As far as I’m aware, Sonos only sells what you see, but Sonance may sell other things.

They have some sort of co-marketing agreement, but they are indeed not wireless ;)

They are separate companies. I have no idea which company proposed co-development of speakers that integrate with SONOS. I just executed a search on the SONANCE website and there is no search result for “Sonos”.
Most grille covers are paintable, so you can likely paint them any color you like. However, spray paint is recommended so I don’t you’d be able to make them look like faux wood or something...just brown.
